Take all I am cuz I don’t see the sun no more And she’ll be walking out that door And I don’t even know what for Losing control of everything I thought I knew If it could lead me back to you Could I even see it through? Guess I’ve always wondered how it feels To set your heart on fire and watch it heal Holding onto nothing that’s how I am Can you please talk sense to me baby I’m over the edge and holding my breath Got no coin to my name, but still I feel blessed And I’m putting up walls, it’s hard to ignore That the girl in my life she doesn’t love me no more I’ve never seemed to notice how I’ve been blinded To who you were and what you wanted You’ve got me holding your hand like you want me to But who are you? And I’ve been running out of patience I’m sorry But I can’t keep up with this stress no more Maybe my love wasn’t good enough, and you had enough Guess I’ve always wondered how it feels To set your heart on fire and watch it heal Holding onto nothing that’s how I am Can you please talk sense to me baby I’m over the edge and holding my breath Got no coin to my name, but still I feel blessed And I’m putting up walls, it’s hard to ignore That the girl in my life she doesn’t love me no more

Summertime 03:42
You came down, washed away the pain Like the morning rain it don’t feel the same only better Wearing your aura fits me just like a sweater and I Will never be the same and I know you’re the one to blame And I don’t have no time for games and I never caught your name But I feel you letting me go Girl I’m feeling like a free throw And you know that I know we both know its better If we move fast it could change like the weather Would you lead me on if you had it your way? You’d be the predator I’d be your prey And I would be yours by the end of the day But I’d make it known that I want you to stay And you hold me tight, then you let me go And it feels so right when we lose control And then you don’t know if you wanna show That you care, girl do you care? You are summertime fine But you’ve been acting cold like the wintertime Two things that I can’t quite align But you’re playing with my heart like it ain’t mine You have taken my mind, everything I own I’ll leave it behind Leave it all behind

Fire from the start, breaking us apart Giving up this heart And losing what we’ve found, burning to the ground Turn these days around I don’t know what you see when you’re looking at me One more day we’ll be doing things none of us needs oh Stop me from saying it Darkest nights overthrown by your voice on the phone Say it once more, cuz I feel so alone Sing me back to life Giving you all I’ve got, deeper now then I thought Holding you close, give me a dose of what you’re leaning on Look at how far we’ve come, stupid (shh) that we’ve done Now we’re both on the run I don’t know what you see when you’re looking at me One more day we’ll be doing things none of us needs oh Stop me from saying it Darkest nights overthrown by your voice on the phone Say it once more, cuz I feel so alone Sing me back to life Sing me back to life; sing it sweetly (x3) Sing me back to life

Dissonance 04:15
Time is fading, spent my days Waiting for you (x2) Skies are falling, broken hearts Splitting in two (x2) What is the use? What do we do? If I’ve never known you I gave you my heart It’s falling apart I’m making it new Hopeless waters held me back from Sailing to you (x2) Thought you waited, but you grew cold and I never knew (x2) What is the use? What do we do? If I’ve never known you I gave you my heart It’s falling apart I’m making it new (x2) Time has faded, spent my days Waiting for you (x2) But you never knew

Circles 04:40
Open up your eyes darling and see this for what it is And you chase away the sleep in the morning when you smile across the bed I can feel the distance that’s building and I cant resist it Oh Lord all my time is spent tight roping on the line Oh my love, tell me do you think we’ve had enough? And do the things that matter always hurt this much? But if you need me still then I’ll come back in circles, yeah Oh my baby, do you even feel that you’re in love? Am I the only one you’re thinking of? Cuz if I am then I’ll come back to you, in circles Holding on to everything you said when things were different Are those days gone? Cuz when I kiss your lips I’m still alone Oh I can taste the bitterness of saying you and I should go our separate ways Give me a sign cuz I could never give my love the way I’ve given it all to you Oh my love, tell me do you think we’ve had enough? And do the things that matter always hurt this much? But if you need me still then I’ll come back in circles, yeah Oh my baby, do you even feel that you’re in love? Am I the only one you’re thinking of? Cuz if I am then I’ll come back to you, in circles

about

"Dissonance" is the first of many albums by Josh Sahunta and it features the hit singles "Sing Me to Life" and "Summertime". "Dissonance" centres heavily on the psychological suffering that occurs in many relationships as they fall apart. It consists of songs that each have a unique aura, but still ties the theme together very cohesively.
